Rates
The goal of Conrad Martens Plumbing & Hot Water is to provide our customers with the best price, service and advice. We strive to ensure that our prices remain competitive within our industry.
Labour Rate
Minimum charge of $89.80 inclusive of 1/4 hour labour.
We then charge $89.80 per hour or part thereof (charged in 15 minute increments).
Equipment
We charge for the use of any high maintenance specific tools such as the electric drain cleaning machine, jackhammer, concrete cutter and angle grinder etc. We ensure that our charges for the use of this equipment are well below the price of hire companies.
Quotes
In some instances, before we can provide a quote it is necessary to invest our time and carry out exploratory work to identify the cause of the problem. It is our policy to charge for this labour and then provide an obligation free quote for the additional necessary work.
