A very professional service all round. I rang at 7am in the morning and by midday the hot water tank that had burst had been replaced and the old one removed. The staff on the phone were polite and knowledgeable, the technicians that attended were also polite and very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. A great result - Thank you!

Since appointing Conrad's as our main plumbers we have been consistently impressed. With a large rent roll maintenance is always an ongoing issue and having the right tradesman for the job is a life saver for us PMs! Recently we had a major plumbing problem at our property. I rang Conrad Martens and spoke with a very friendly "Olivia" who was extremely helpful and also spoke with Jackson, equally as friendly and helpful. Mitch attended our property, on time and worked in an extremely timely and professional way to find the problem. Mitch explained clearly what the problem was and presented a number of options that we could take and what he thought may be the best solution. Under 2 hours, he had the problem sorted. My overall experience with Conrad Martens exceeded my expectations (having been burnt by other tradies in the past). The staff went above and beyond to assist. If you want honest, experienced and efficient work done I would strongly recommend these guys. Thank you!!!

When I called the person on the phone was so helpful, and realised that the problem was serious so sent two people out first thing. The plumbers were outstanding - they quickly solved my problem. I have personally been dealing with Conrad Martens since 2007. He and his staff have dealt with my plumbing and gas issues with the utmost efficiency, professionalism, and quality service. Whilst plumbing is reputedly expensive, I have always been looked after with regard to price and I know that the backup service, should it be required, would be prompt and efficient. A top local company.

Conrad Martens offer an excellent service. They go above and beyond with the service they offer. The knowledge of the plumbers is excellent. We had issues with a leaking roof and an old hot water system, they were able to provide a solution to both on separate occasions. Our hot water system stopped heating recently and I requested Conrad Martens to send a tradesman with skills in that area to investigate the cause. Bruce attended, carried out tests on the system and traced the fault to the Energex ripple switch. He was very efficient as well as being polite and a good representative for his Company.

Efficient service from first inquiry through to completion. The plumber did an excellent job with accessing a difficult area before the job could commence. Their email format and interaction is a little dated. Could be improved with a more web / app friendly interface.

If Conrad Martens chooses to drive sign written vehicles I strongly suggest your drivers display courtesy on the road and do not put other drivers or motorcyclists at risk. Your driver who chose to tail gate a motorcyclist coming out of Marshall lane and onto Moggill road this morning should be hauled over the coals for dangerous driving. No doubt it was not just me that noticed your stupidity.

The boys at CMP are of the highest caliber. Their approach to the demands of everyday plumbing are with out fault and of the highest standard. I can't thank the team enough. Had a burst hose under the kitchen sink late Easter Sunday night. The kitchen flooded because the main water tap wouldn't turn off due to erosion. Left a message and Terry called me back shortly after and was wonderful with the help that I received over the phone to stop the water spurting out. He also followed up the next morning and I booked in a plumber. The young plumber was wonderful, checked all my taps and replaced everything for me as they too needed to be changed. I just can't thank them enough for calling back and being open 24 hours. Thanks again...so grateful.

Our hot water system broke down early Thursday night 30/4 and we were relieved to find we could phone an after hours number and leave a message.with Conrad Martens Plumbing. Within half an hour, we had someone call us back and we made an appointment for early Friday morning. By Friday lunch time a brand new system was installed. We have had previous work carried out, one of which was a problem with our sewerage pipes. It was a huge job, all carried out timely and professionally. We can highly recommend Conrad Martens. Really simple. Just use this company. I had two other plumbers attend prior to calling Conrad. That was a huge mistake! Ashley came out assessed the problem and diagnosed my water pressure problem within minutes. As the third plumber, I was hesitant to believe his diagnosis. Turns out he knows his #$@!. Clearly, he knows what he is doing. When I asked him how long he was with Conrad's, he said 14 years. Doesn't that say it all! They are now my go to for anything they are able to do ! Professional, courtesy and honest. Well done and my family thanks you. We can now all have showers at the same time (separate showers of course).

Very impressed with the guys from Conrad Martens. I drove a star picket through a water supply at 7.30 this morning, called them out of the blue and the repair was done and water back on in 1 hour from my call. Fast, efficient, and they had everything on board to get the water back on urgently. You saved both the day, and the job from turning into an ugly mess.. Will recommend to everyone.

Excellent communication and very professional. We had a complex problem to fix with our drainage during the recent heavy rain. We were provided with different options to choose from depending on how much we could afford and how much of the problem we wanted to fix.
